Albulescu
debuts as conductor and soloist with the French Chamber Orchestra. Also
announces concerts in New Zealand with the Manukau City Symphony
Orchestra (August 09) and the George Enescu National Philharmonic
Orchestra of Romania (May of 2010).
October 2008
Lehigh
University Philharmonic Orchestra features director Eugene Albulescu as
conductor and soloist: Beethoven's Piano Concerto No 5, and
Shostakovich's Symphony No. 5. The orchestra's website
also announces the upcoming tour "On the Banks of the Danube" Budapest,
Bratislava, Vienna, Linz, Passau; May 2010.

Eugene
Albulescu is named music director and chief
conductor of the Lehigh University Philharmonic Orchestra,
holding the Ronald J. Ulrich Chair in Orchestral Studies.
